BUNCHHEA held a L.L.B (Royal University of Law and Economics – Faculty of Law in Cambodia) and a L.L.M (National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies, Faculty of Social Science, Public Law in Japan). He is member of the Bar of the Kingdom of Cambodia. He served as Deputy Chief Office of General Administrative Affairs of the Secretariat of State Reform and as Deputy Secretary-General of the Council for Legal and Judicial Reform. He is an experienced and active Arbitrator on Neutral List for Collective Disputes Resolution. He has extensive experiences in legal advises and specializes in the field of Employment Policy and Labor Regulator, Immovable Property Law, Commercial Contract Laws.
He speaks Khmer and English.
