SAMBORANA held a L.L.B (Royal University of Law and Economics – Faculty of Law in Cambodia) and a Master of Science in Engineering (Naval Red College, in Russia) and a L.L.M. (Build Bright University, Faculty of Law in Cambodia). He is member of the Bar of the Kingdom of Cambodia. He served as Attorney at Law attached to the Ministry of Interior for 4 years since year 2015 and currently is legal advisor to ministry of Interior. He is an experienced and active Arbitrator on Employer List for Collective Disputes Resolution. He has extensive experiences in legal advises and specializes in the field of Labor, Real Estate Contracts, Commercial and Investment Laws.
He speaks Khmer, English and Russia.
